Canada’s francophone minorities living outside of Quebec

Role
Executive producer, videographer, editor

Description
A unique journey across Canada to discover and meet the diverse francophone communities living outside of the Province of Quebec. One hundred short episodes produced in collaboration with TV5/UNIS are divided into four specific series:

  1. LES PROFS
A series that invites audiences to meet French speaking teachers from all disciplines throughout Canada.
  2. ALLO RADIO
Allo Radio is a series dedicated to the discovery of independent French-speaking radio stations outside Quebec. Each episode profiles a specific radio: its team, programs, and musical style, while paying specific attention to its mission and its listeners.
  3. TERRE D’ACCUEIL
Series profiling francophone immigrant communities choosing to settle outside Quebec. Each episodes introduces a newcomer. Special attention is paid to cultural transitions, obstacles and opportunities to integrate, while maintaining and cherishing their francophone heritage.
  4. MONPAPIMAMAMI
Lighter content for a younger audience, and anchored in anecdotal storytelling in which francophone children from across the country introduce one of their grandparents.
